This is a replacement Pajero rear light housing designed to suit the Stedi mini flush flood light ( NOT INCLUDED).  This housing replaces the Gen4 Pajero rear fog light assembly and can be used as an extra bright reverse light or as a work light.  Link to the compatible Stedi light HERE
